  • I've never purchased tires anywhere other than Discount Tire. The pricing is always the best around, their warranty and customer care policies are unbeatable, and the service is phenomenal. Every location I've been to has gone above and beyond to make my experience pleasant. Today, I stopped to get my oil changed at another unnamed tired place nearby... who informed me that one of my tires was flat, and irreparable. They proceeded to pressure me to purchase a new tire there, even when I mentioned it was likely under warranty at Discount Tire. I escaped the hold of the very pushy tire salesman there and came straight to Discount. Julian greeted me and my car and escorted me inside. With almost no wait, they pinpointed the issue, showed me the damage so I could understand the process, and informed me that the tire was under warranty. The specific tires I had purchased are no longer made, so the warranty ended up covering the cost of a higher priced tire, no cost to me. The staff here are stellar, and I am so appreciative of how well they take care of me & my car.
