  • I bought 5 cars through these folks and always had great experiences. Finance people work to get you the best deal, sales people are knowledgeable and provide options and answer questions. Service folks are honest and never pressured me into unnecessary work and have always given me plenty of advance warning when brakes or tires are getting worn. One particular case comes to mind when I went there with your typical customer complaint...the front end of my Odyssey feels loose and there is a bit of a clunky sound. 5 hours later I have the van back in my hands and the guts of the front end swapped out under warranty. It's not all perfect, I had an occasion where I showed up for scheduled warranty work but the parts weren't there and I had to come back another time but that's honestly the worst thing I can say.
