rev:text	Waiting at the baggage claim at Phoenix airport, or hotel set up a car service for us so we waited, And then all of a sudden disheveled Man in a terrible fitting suit with a tie unloosened and sloppy. Mind you all the other drivers were holding signs with the customers last name on it, not at Transtyle, he was walking around baggage claim trying to figure out who his customers were. Finally he managed to bump it to us and asked if we were his customers, as a result we were. He carried our bags from the baggage claim to the parking garage he was parked in. Expecting a nice clean town car or SUV, we got a filthy suburban with the inside looking like someone lived in it. The driver barely could speak or understand English, Naturally making me wonder if he knew where he was going. We finally made it to the hotel, then he demanded we pay now even though the hotel was going to put on the bill he demanded we pay now. You paid now to avoid conflict and went into the hotel on our way. Since our hotel contracts with them, we had to use them yet again. This time our hotel called them to take us to breakfast in downtown Scottsdale. The driver dropped us off at the restaurant without an issue. But what we called him to come get us after breakfast then the problems began. We called him he said he'd be there in 10 minutes, but 10 minutes turned into 20 minutes, and then 20 minutes turned into 40 minutes. He finally called him and asked where are you? He replied with a text message that was barely in English that said something like an accident come now. Mind you that was no big accident in the sky harbor area like he claimed. After 45 minutes with me standing in the cold he finally showed up. Like I said above he went to this whole big spiel about how he got into an accident at Skyharbor airport, and he had avoid this and that. I think he was feeding a load of baloney. This driver did not drive very well he almost sideswiped a truck and almost struck me as he swung the town car onto the sidewalk. If you're in the Phoenix Scottsdale area I do not recommend this chauffeur company at all!
