  • R E Q U E S T "Jaymi" she cares about customers having a good experience...she is great!! Not "only" is Jaymi detailed orientated she is laid back which is VERY important to me...part of the experience is to RELAX. I was a regular at Lotus & decided to jump ship due to NOT being able to feel at ease. Two of their TOP amazing employees have left their business as they were under appreciated ...as a business owner myself I was sad to hear & see it! Too much business drama going on there and honestly it's not cool to expose the patrons to it, KEEP IT behind the scenes. NOW, for the GOOD NEWS!! :) Finesse is fairly a newer business, it's very clean and spacious inside. They also have green tea lotion which I love :) I prefer LESS luxury & a MORE tranquil overall experience...which Finesse delivers. I highly recommend others to TRY Finesse as well, IF you are looking for low key AND great services Finesse fits the bill. *Point of attention: Appointments are highly encouraged as they fill up pretty quickly. Enjoy :)
