  • Went in for my third and last oil change. From January until now, never the same price for the same services. To top it off I had my tires rotated by Friendly Ford. Worst mistake ever. Bought a new set of rims and tires for my F150 and ever single one of my rims was hit by the impact socket that was used to remove the lug nuts. You go to a large dealership to avoid problems like this because of the misconception of a small shop not knowing how to take care of customers vehicles. Even emailed the customer service manager over a week ago and no response. I get the hint. I will never step foot in that place again. Hope this helps new customers looking for an honest place for service. This is not the place.
