Seven Floors of Hell is one of the biggest disappointments of any 'Haunted' House I have ever been too - so much so that afterwards I considered demanding a refund which is something I do not do.
Instead of being too explanatory, I'll just summarize my thoughts in a few points:
1) The venue did a poor job of moving people through each 'floor' - it was incredibly overcrowded to the point where you saw the 8 people right in front of you get jumped by what was about to pop at you.
2) Each 'floor of hell' was like the hell of a bad dollar store with really unimpressive and lame cheap-looking props. So bad my fiancee and I laughed about it.
3) The 'floors'/houses were way too small and for many, there were no actors at all so all you had to do was look at the bad decor.
There are a few other really great Haunted Houses in Northeast Ohio, such as Bloodview or Spooky Ranch - don't waste your money on this dud.
