  • Each and every time I shop here, I'm exposed to employees who seem so unhappy. Cashiers who don't smile, baggers who can't even give eye contact or wish me a good day, shopper who are too rushed to exchange a friendly hello or to say excuse me when moving a shopping basket. I'm irritated every time. I can go a few miles down the road to trader joes and receive the complete opposite experience. I know whole foods can't change their customers attitude, but they certainly can change their workers. Maybe if their workers are more happy, their customers would be too
