  • This location is no longer Uncle Tetsu. H Cafe sells more of a variety than Uncle Tetsu, but the quality isn't the same. I got the taro cheesecake, and it's half the thickness of a regular UT cheesecake. The size of the cake isn't as big either, so really not worth $10. Cheesecake was soggy, not fluffy and soft - I felt like it was undercooked?! I'd rather drive a few minutes down to Pacific Mall so I can get better quality cakes.
