I was assigned them through my home warranty. The tech was sub par in communicating. Instead of ordering parts or seeing if they have then on hand, they wait until the end of the day to submit it to their managers and then the manager review it the next morning. Nearly a 24 hour delay when it's the age of the internet and smart phones this delivers crappy situation of hurry up and wait for the customer. They finally had the part and scheduled me for repair 11 Days after I put in a request. Their instructions were to wait 24 hours before using it, I waited 48 hours to be safe and what do you know??! The washer is STILL broken with the same error code and now it's got black stuff everywhere too.
