  • I was pleasantly surprised with Brandon. I called the office to set up an appointment and at first had a little difficulty making contact. A Yelp email put me in immediate contact with him and he explained that the office had to set the appointments. I set an appointment and he called on his way to my home. Once there, he tried to diagnose the problem, but could not find an issue. He recommended another hot tub repair company that he felt might have better idea of how to repair my older hot tub. Even though I fully expected to pay for the service call, he said no charge. I know that he can't stay in business without charging customers, but I write this review because you should know he is a stand up guy and I will refer future business his way.
