  • I was on my way to work when my low tire pressure light came on. It was 7 in the morning, and discount tire was not open until 8 a.m. I waited in the check air spot and John arrived to work at 7:30. as he walked in to work he stopped to ask me what I needed today. He brought me up to get my tire pressure checked 30 minutes before they even opened so I could be on my way to work. that is a good example of superb customer service! thank you so much!
