We were exited to try a room based on past yelp reviews. I tried to book online and at the end of the reservation page there was a message saying my card was not reading, but the payment did go through my card was charged. No problem I thought I'll just give them a quick call. Wrong! Their phone system is one of those automated messages that just gives you the run around hoping you'll just hang up in frustration. I called several times and no one picked up the phone. In the end I ended up leaving a message on the land line, a message on the website to call back, and an email all with no response. In a service driven city like Las Vegas this is just unacceptable. I guess they just don't care.
