  • If I could give zero stars, I would. We've had trouble with Bruggers before but decided to give them another chance. Terrible organization of staff. No communication among them which resulted in a very long line of customers forming and waiting. Finally got served by a girl who was extremely rude and had no interest I was bringing my business there. Note to managers: hire people who are excited to work for you. It will bring customers back. Bagel was good but over 20 minutes for a bagel is not ok. That combined with lousy staff mean I'll be going elsewhere next time.
