  • I spoke with both Brian and John on the phone, and I had no problems with the staff here. I had a backup camera installed, the job (to my untrained eye) appears to have been done very well, and it was done, on time, and the invoice matched the price I was as quoted on the phone. The only reason I removed one star is I had left my car on their lot very early and placed the keys in the drop box. Not sure what happened, but when I called around 9:20am to check, they had not recovered the keys yet. They immediately checked the box and found the keys, so no harm was done. I am glad I called to check, rather than assume they checked the box. The location was convenient for me as they are in the Car2Go area. I was able to drop my car off and find a Car2Go a couple blocks away. I can't speak for anyone else, but for me, ARA was a good experience and based on the quality of the work, I would go back to them. ARA had been recommended to me by my Hyundai dealer. Very glad I got the backup cam installed.
