  • I tried to get my oil changed. Normally there is someone that approaches you to get your information. I saw a few attendants walking around in the garage but no one acknowledged me. I waited for 15 minutes without getting any help. I know it can get busy but a simple be right with you or go ahead and go inside is normal customer courtesy. Even for a Walmart this is poor customer service.
