  • It was the WORST hotel experience EVER! When we walked into our room, we were nearly gagged by the stench. Upon checking, we witnessed a filthy toilet with black marks under the rim trailing into the bowl. The lid had black substance on and around it. We immediately, luggage had not reached room, checked OUT! Left an email for the manager and have not heard a word. Go figure! Cyndi and John B
