With a name like the Comfort Inn there should be comfortable beds. They were the hardest I've ever slept in and I barely slept. The fan rattles so I had to sleep with the heat off and it was winter so it got too cold at night. There is a card in the room that says, "if you are not completely satisfied talk to the staff and they'll make it right". So I talked to them and they simply gave a weak insincere apology like they're bored of having to say the same thing all day. Everything in the room is cheap including the carpet, towels, quilts, toilet paper, etc. Even though the hotel was pretty empty their weak water heaters could not make the shower hot. I've had much better rooms in 3rd world countries where they value comfort more.
