| - Of all the Targets in the city, this is the WORST!
The employees don't seem happy to be there, seem put-out when 'bothered' by customers, and are NOT pro-active (once last year there was broken glass in the side parking lot for months! I had reported it repeatedly, at it took my asking for the corporate number before they bothered to clean it up... and to this day there is still some glass in the landscaping).
Although Target has a policy to be wheelchair accessible, this location often creates isles too narrow or puts displays that prevent accessibility.
Biggest complaint: the mobility carts NEVER work!!! And haven't for YEARS!!! SERIOUSLY!!! Despite my talking to the manager several times about the problem. She didn't seem to care, took no action, and seriously didn't give a ratsass that my family member got stuck mid-store when the cart died and NO employee could be bothered to assist her. She called me and I had to drive to the store with her push wheelchair to rescue her. Went right back after getting her home safely to notify them, so they understood the impact... maybe it's because I'm taken as sweet and soft-spoken, but customer service girls didn't seem to understand it was a complaint and safety concern, so I requested the manager. Waited over 30 minutes for her. Manager still didn't care, like she didn't understand why this was HER problem.
Even after submitting complaints to Target corporate, this location still hasn't bothered to fix anything! Just horrific. Apathy is how I'd describe it in one word.
I love Target in general, great prices on stuff I actually want to buy, usually a food court or Starbucks, and good locations.
My recommendation: go to the Hualipai or Centennial locations.
