  • I'm a member who brought a guest and both of us were extremely content after our one hour session at this location :) I confirmed the massages with Zack and Grace the evening before and showed up exactly on time. We filled out the required questionnaire and waited to be called in. It took me by complete surprise to find out Grace was being replaced with Kate, which I wasn't informed of at any part of the process. I didn't hide my disappointment since I wanted my guest to have a very relaxing experience and I read good reviews about Grace. The team lead was apologetic and assured me the issue would be taken care of. My guest and I thoroughly enjoyed our one hour massage sessions with Zack and Kate. They are both very considerate and focus on the clients personal needs and individual problem areas. We both walked out feeling completely relaxed. The team lead, Zack (therapist) and Kate (therapist) all exhibited excellent customer service and ensured that we enjoyed our experience. Thank you so much for your hospitality ME Tempe Elliot!
