| - This was a 5 star, until pa passed it down to his son- who does not have the customer service skills of a skunk. The cashiers are wonderful, the butchers and bakers, wonderful, but if you have issue with a product such as a leaking vinegar bottle, no refund if passed 24 hours, the poor girls have to call for approval. REALLY, this is a $4.49 item. Try to empower your staff. And when a customer tells you the bottle leaks at the cap, don't try to tell them that you don't have a problem. Simply say, ' I am sorry, can I get you another bottle, or would you like a refund?' Simple customer service 101 . I have been going here for 9 years, paying a higher price than any other local store of the same the same caliber. Will think twice now....a customer outside asked what happened....I shared my story....that's what happens....bad service is shared more often than good.
