  • I came in with a funky problem on my tablet. I had researched the problem and had found what I thought might be the answer to my battery life going from 7 hrs to less than 2 after an automatic update to android 4.42. He listened as I explained it! As a 69 yr old woman I an most often treated as if I am feeble minded when I try to explain what I have learned. He asked a couple of sensible questions, then proceed to do what I was too chicken to do which was crack the case and unplug the battery. We had a pleasant talk for about 10 minutes while the battery was out then he put it back together and of I went with the hope that it would work. It did! I will never tale any of our devices anywhere else. Saying I was impressed does not cover how I was treated! Thanks!
