  • Beware! If you work with your HOW they are probably on the list. After you get the tech out and the diagnosis, they come back with the same written order, that you've signed, and try and hit you with a different bid beyond your deductible. It's almost $150. They'll harass you until they think they can get you to pay it but it's not under your contract for them to consider it uncovered costs. They just try to scam you with that excuse. Avoid them. Go to the next contractor on the list. Tell your HOW so they can stay informed of these type of practices.
