  • So the customer service here over the phone is extremely rude and unhelpful. I just purchased a Groupon after reading and reviewing the Groupon rules and on the website as well. I called to schedule an appointment because I was seeing scorpions around my home and she says the Groupon does not cover that so I proceeded to tell her that I seen on Groupon that is specifically said scorpions as well. Nowhere did it say that they did not do scorpions with the Groupon. So I read her exactly what it said and she refused to honor it. I have never even wrote a review on any company before but I was so taken aback at the bad customer service that I had to download the Yelp app in order to write this review. I canceled my order through Groupon and I would never use their service.
