  • I can't imagine how this company is still in business. It appears that not only do they not invest in their building, their inventory, or their people (training?) they just open their doors and take what they can get from their unsuspecting customers who can't get their hands on what they need faster from another more reputable company. Prepare yourself to get treated like a criminal when you need to make a return and hopefully you won't have a question for one of their "special" managers like Celso (sp?) in Components who is mostly disinterested and condescending. Their turnover rate must be the highest in the computer/electronics industry. I very rarely speak to the same person twice. They apparently treat their customers like they treat their staff. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE unless you support a company that just wants your $$.
