  • Very displeased with the service my husband experienced tonight. He recently had surgery and is in the healing process and needed new bandages. He went into the store around 945pm, picked out what he need and went to pay.he had a $100 bill and the lady at the checkout said her manager had already done the nightly deposit, so she was unable to provide change or even do a cash transaction. He had a medical need for fresh bandages and as a pharmacy that's one of your main products for sale. Because the store manager wanted to get out as early as possible, the store lost a sale. Nightly deposits are usually done once the stores hour of operations are completed. We will start to use another pharmacy since this cvs clearly doesn't care about their clients needs.
