Highly disappointed ! People who check you in are assholes !!
So I've taken this bus from Las Vegas to la and back multiple times (atleast 50 times) and I've even got familiar with all the staffs faces and they pretty much got to know me for the most part .
Well last night I miss my 6pm bus and stick around to ride the 12:30 am one for the 5 dollar fee .
In the rudest tone this lady who's checked me in plenty of times without even giving me eye contact tells me I have to purchase a whole new ticket for $45 (even tho online ticket was 30)last minute because she was ignoring me for the other 20 minutes I was cluelessly standing there asking what to do as she was checking others in . It is then 12:25 and I'm on my phone clicking away trying to purchase ticket as I'm on the last step of buying it driver says they have to leave so I then stop and close the browser out on my phone . as they're driving off they actually pull over let some guy on who hasn't even showed his reservation number yet which means I could've still made the bus and I run up to the bus and tell them "let me on I'm purchasing ticket now !" They then closed the door in my face . My point is no type of customer appreciation was shown . They could have easily let me on the bus with the amount of seats open and j was going as far as purchasing another ticket . IThese people don't care for there customers I work at a grocery store and I know the customer should ALWAYS come first . The two dudes who usually check me in are cool as hell always try working with me ! But those two big girls with braids are another story it's as if they don't want you to ride
Im sorry megabus but you need some new employees with better attitudes or I can't ride this bus anymore and I'm not the type to bitch this is the first yelp review I've ever wrote !
