  • Found this place off Yelp and based on the reviews, decided to try it out. The lady I originally made my appointment with, Lauren, was very friendly. I showed up and the staff who were helping me through the exams were not very friendly or personable. I'm pretty sure they didn't even share a smile. The Doctor was very friendly and welcoming. When I went back to the staff to get sized for contacts, they seemed too interested in the conversations with other staff and not too interested in helping me. I found it kind of ridiculous that I would have to keep coming back to get "sized" for various contact brands as I do not have the time to keep coming back again and again. My previous optometrists would give us a sample of various brands and then I would let them know which one works best to order the prescription. I asked if I could do this since I am in busy season at work and having to work 12 hours a day and was told they couldn't accommodate that request. Also- in order to get my prescription, they said they could only issue it by either fax or walk-in and get it- which again, is super inconvenient as I don't have access to a fax machine and don't have time to stop by......but almost everyone has access to email....Our previous optometrists have always sent via email. Overall- I've had better experiences with other optometrists and will not be back.
