  • This guy! THIS GUY!??! This was the worst customer service I have EVER encountered! The guy (certainly can't call him a gentlemen now) that answered the phone blatantly lied to me--in my eyes that's like calling me stupid. Sorry, but this place presents bad business ethics, coupled with a horrible attitude=be smart readers, take your business somewhere more deserving.
