| - **FOOD COURT/HOT DELI ONLY**
Their other location is closer to me, but I come here solely for the "Hot Deli." There are three eateries on the left side of the market with BF Bakery & Cafe anchoring. Asian One (Vietnamese), Ranch Ihaw Ihaw (Filipino), and Asian Kitchen (Chinese).
Ranch Ihaw Ihaw and Asian Kitchen are connected (same cashier for both eateries) and the food is somewhat mixed as well. From left to right, Chinese roast pork, roast duck, BBQ pork, etc; then Filipino dishes like Lechon, plus other Asian eats; Dim Sum; finally, Chinese offerings like Beef & Broccoli, Spicy Black Bean Spare Ribs, etc (2-3 combination plates come with free soup and soda).
I've had a few of the Dim Sum: Shrimp Har Gow, Shrimp Shu Mai, Ham Sui Gok, Lo Mai Bai, and Lo Bak Gou. The dumplings have been dry and not very good. The others have been decent, but not great. The Lo Mai Bai is probably the best in the bunch, but the last time I visited, it was obviously old and began to dry on the edges. I'd probably avoid the dim sum unless you can guarantee it was freshly made.
My favorites are the Chinese Roast Pork (amazingly crispy skin with juicy meat) and Spicy Black Bean Spare Ribs with Jasmine Rice (it tends to be a bit salty, but it's very tasty and is perfect with the steamed rice). The Lechon was decent when fresh, but dried really quickly within a couple hours and was very difficult to chew.
Although most of the things I've tried haven't been the best, I really like the types of dishes offered and there are so many other things to try. Plus, you can buy what you want and decide on the quantity. FYI, the roast pork isn't available until the afternoon.
