  • The worst experience at a spa ever. Waxing was painful and then they left a residue all over. Massage room was cold and staff wouldn't accommodate a temp change, then opened the door while leaving me uncovered. When I called to speak to the manager, I was told that maybe I am just to picky. Clearly this is the Walmart of Spas and if you have any sense about you, I would advise you to be picky too.
