  • This place was really nice the first year we moved in. We didn't have any issues from what i recall! We signed another lease and moved into a bigger apartment in December & to be honest I'm regretting it everyday. The place is getting so ghetto I definitely advise to save your money & go somewhere else. We are paying over $1,300 for our apartment & it's NOT WORTH IT. People just let their dogs pee and poop everywhere so it smells up the entire neighborhood. I swear I'm not kidding that I gag getting onto the elevator. I tried going down to the leasing office to explain my concerns about I starting to be really dirty etc and I told them for the price I'm paying for the apartment I do expect it to look nice in the neighborhood. Of course they all have attitude like you're bothering them lol so I'm just done trying to go to them. I'm just making sure I can let as many people know what this place is really like. We are planning on staying until our lease is up and then running tf away from this place!!!!!
