  • Very disappointed. Made an appointment to get oil changed and tires rotated. Took over an hour and a half for what should not take more than 30 minutes. On top of this they did not reset the oil change light so I had to do that myself. They let the vehicle sit for almost an hour before starting. Why make an appointment? Will not use them again. The next day I noticed oil on my garage floor and found a loose filter and they did not tighten a bolt they loosened in the tray under the car. I corrected both. I contacted Bruce Brothers via their website but never received any feedback. Very disappointing.
