rev:text	I'm writing this review because of the delivery in the installation of the sectional that we bought the service inside the showroom was awesome the salesman was great we got delivery the next day the only problem was when they showed up here to my house and put our sectional together they forgot to put legs on some of the pieces so the whole sectional was uneven and they forgot to attach some of the recliners into each other and you can tell where they tried they bent some of the brackets and also the backs of the sectionals come apart and they had to put them on and they put them on unevenly so the couch looked all jacked up there was a couple of minor flaws in the leather but wasn't too bad, I asked one of the installers if he could check to make sure everything was put together right he told me yes but he can barely speak English he told me to contact the office and they would send out new Pieces by Friday so I called the office immediately when they were still here and the receptionist told me that she would have the manager of the warehouse contact me by Wednesday so an hour later I just took it upon myself to take it apart and I put it together the right way which took me 3 hours and now everything is fine keep in mind though they never contacted me back I had to contact them and let them know I fix it all by myself and the receptionist was just like okay that's great what will tell my manager and that was it now keep in mind this is a $2,500 sectional, all around it was a really bad experience on the installation and put together that was it would i shop here again probably not
