  • Food & Drink: Supberb Atmosphere: Excellent Service: Superior (Ask for Silvana) Notes: First time in 6 decades of Italian fine dining that I was charged $1.50 for Parmasan Cheese to be brought to the table. I spoke to owner, who was diplomatic/friendly regarding my questioning, and he stated that the cheese comes (gratis) with your meal grated onto your entree at delivery, but if you desire Parmasan Cheese (and olive oil) to go with your bread, THEN you pay. Because, as he stated, it's the finest Parmasan cheese money can buy. I'm Italaian and the cheese seemed no different than the Kraft Cheese you buy in the grocery store, lol. I still recommend when in Scottsdale.
