  • I've been coming to this place for quite some time now. I would say close to when it first opened when I started getting my hair done here. You could ask anyone I know. I may not be a "spa" girl when it comes to getting manicures and pedicures. I've probably gotten a total of under 10 my entire lifetime. But, when it comes to hair... honey, I've been getting it colored since I was 18! Dare I say it?...close to half my lifetime. I am very, very picky with my hair color, and I've been very happy with my color done here so far. Here is my disclaimer. Dolce has stylists with different experience levels from 1 to approaching 8 or 9, possibly higher. The hair stylists/colorists constantly educate themselves and progress higher on the ladder. My color has been great with colorists level 3 or higher... well wait, some level 2's too approaching level 3. I've gone through quite a few stylists, because I've been trying to be cost efficient. With each level increase in experience, of course, the prices go up fairly higher. They warn you of this. If someone you are comfortable with progresses to a higher level, you always have the choice of staying with that person (If you're willing to pay the higher price) or they will suggest one of the lower levels to you. I've found that with higher levels, they have more assistants or trainees, who you end up spending alot of time with as far as shampoo and styling goes after your colorist colors your hair and your hair has "marinated" in color for half an hour. I finally found a stylist/colorist, who I absolutely adored, and suddenly after getting my hair done with her for 2 1/2 years, she left. I was devastated. Dolce made it up, but discounting my services for several months until I found another girl whom I love to see now. Danielle does a superb job with my hair each time. I really appreciate Dolce for trying to make things right, without me even saying how devastated I was that the other girl left. Aside from having customer loyalty rewards, you can also join their membership program and get exclusive deals only members can enjoy. Outside of that, there are also Groupons and regular Dolce deals. That's another reason I keep going to Dolce because even though they are pricey, if you time your services right, and are a fan of theirs on Facebook, you can actually end up getting great deals after all! But I'm only speaking about hair at the moment.... I have yet to try another service here.
