  • The ramen is very average. I had asked for the broth to be spicy, but it seemed to lack any heat or flavor (outside of the green onions, which were piled on top). Additionally, it was a bit colder than expected. The creaminess and portion size were on point. I ordered an extra egg and together with the toppings that came with the shoyu tonkotsu bowl, I was filled. The service was quick and attentive. If you don't mind sharing space with others around a large table, we were seated in less than 20 mins on a Sunday night.
