  • If I could give this place a below 0 rating I would. First of all, we had an appointment because the burnham location was the only location that did a specific type of test in all of las vegas. It was almost 30 minutes away from my house. My husband went in for a simple blood test, and it took the nurse 3 tries to do so. My husband pretty much passed out but was no offered any water or anything. A week later, his doctor called and said that the lab took too long to test the sample and it was therefore ruined and they could not give us the results. I have been in contact with an account executive from Quest, who really doesn't answer my emails, and I am not getting my issue resolved. I asked for a refund for the tests (because we paid cash), or for the tests to be done again. I feel like I am getting the run around. I've been to other locations, and usually everyone is competent, but this location and this whole experience seemed like a huge waste of time. Everyone so far has seemed very incompetent.
