I am writing this review solely based on my husband's experience so far. I am currently waiting for my UVERSE to be installed. My husband spent 2 hours on the phone with a man named Alan figuring out the best plan for us with cable & internet. Since we're AT&T customers for over 10 years, we usually don't have a ton of issues. Having said that my husband was able to get us unlimited data on our phones because we decided to set up the best UVERSE plan per month. Alan also set us up a date for installation two days later. When the installation day came, nobody showed up. My husband left work early to be here for the installation. He called them and they said they have no record of us having any account or making any appointments!!! The woman was extremely rude and insisted my husband never called. My husband told her about Alan and the plan he chose. He never disclosed to her any further information. She stated she could create us a account and set up what plan we want. My husband was so mad he said no she better not do it and he wants to speak to a supervisor or manager. Once we spoke to a manager he told us she set us up an account with a date for installation for 3 TV's. WE NEVER TOLD HER THAT INFORMATION! Certainly not about how many TV's we have. So not only did this rep lie to us, but she had our information from Alan already!! The manager Javier I believe was his name was very accommodating, fixed the issue, and issued us a American Express gift card to make up for the problems. We also reported the fraudulent rep who I forgot what her name was. Having said all this, I am still waiting for my cable and internet to be installed today.
