  • These people are horrible. Only reason they were called was because the insurance company called them. The took all day and they were not far away. This company sucks! I was told 60 minutes to wait. I finally called because it was taking so long and the female on the phone was nasty to talk to. She said we said 90 minutes. Told her that it was supposed to be 60 min and she got nastier. Tow guy called and said he would be there sometime soon. Would not tell me how long. Asked where he was and he told me it was none of my business. Really????? What jerks! When you'll already in a tough situation and then you have to deal with crappy people at a crappy company.
