| - This is going to be long but worth the read..
This was my very first time coming to this place and man was I extremely diassapointed. I drove an hour to get here for fun with family just before my birthday. We had a group of 7 people and 3 kids, so we spent a lot of money at this place. Apon arriving, the front counter for bowling was nice and got us everything and set up with our lane. We got to our lane and my sister had just picked up a menu and opened it when I turned and noticed the waitress was standing accross the table staring at her impatiently and annoyed waiting for her to order a drink. I had to mentally question who this person was at first until I realized it was our waitress because she didn't say hi, she didn't introduce herself or say anything except does anyone else want anything to my sister not even asking the other people in my group.
When she came back with the drinks and the first snack my friend ordered, my friend said this doesn't look or taste like it states in the menu. There was supposed to be avocado and chicken, there clearly wasn't and there was peppers in it which was not in the description. The waitress kept coming back with well it's all in there, not asking if they would like to try something else or have them remake it.
A bit later, we all ordered food. Everything came out about 15-20 minutes later at the same time. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta, and it was not cheap. When I got it, it looked and even tasted like a tv dinner. I told the waitress i didn't like it and asked if i could get something else. She took the plate, slammed it on the table and said what's wrong with it. I said it tastes like a tv dinner, she said what else do you want. Meanwhile with an attitude and rolling her eyes. She brought my new food, and my sister had recieved a drink that tasted like cough medicine, i thought the same thing. When i asked the waitress for a different because that one was not good, she didn't say a word, took the drink, rolled her eyes and walked away. I sarcastically said thank you and she snarkely said your welcome while walking away.
After all of that, I saw her talking to employees and they were looking in my direction and laughing. You can't know for sure that they are talking about you, but you can definately feel the energy and vibe from that.
After everything, I asked to speak to a manager, and he came out and when i told him everything he was very apologetic and was asking what he could do to make it better. He offered compensation in some way.
The only reason this doesn't have one star is because the manager was nice and helpful. I am going to give it one more chance and will write a review for how my second visit goes.
