  • I'm writing this review not because of the product. I love the couple of purse I own. I was coming in to replace a wallet, one of the staff, was very snobby and not at all friendly. In fact to the point of being insulting. I'm usually not thin skinned to people with bad attitudes but she was so demeaning that I left with out making my purchase. For shame on Coach for their poor judgement in hiring her.
