  • I'm beyond frustrated with this place. If you go to the website they state you can check in online & avoid sitting in the waiting room. I was thinking this is awesome, who wants to sit for hours in a waiting room of sick people? Well, I was proven wrong! Upon arriving at time requested from their text message, the clearly frazzled lady behind the counter snapped "Its a 2 hour wait" before I can even sign in. So I explained to her that I had checked in online at 8:30 am, got a text pushing my 10:30 "arrive time" to 11:30 & just got another text to arrive now. She literally said "doesn't matter, there's 10 in the back & everyone else here first." Huh. What is the point of "checking in" online if when you show up at the time they tell you too & they tell you it's still a 2 hour wait? I walked out. Look, I understand it's flu season, & I also expect to wait for a bit at a clinic - but don't offer a service if you can't provide it. Thankfully I went home, found Banner on Elliot, "reserved" my appointment time online (which was honored!) and was in & out in less than 30 minutes.
