  • Dr Moss and her staff make appointments easy to make and get through. Usually the worst part of a doctor visit is the initial calling and becoming a patient. Their staff is attentive and helpful with this process. I cannot tell you how much I dread the "hunting" process for a new doctor. They made it easy and answered all questions. Arriving and checking in for your visit the first time demands the dreaded paperwork that no one can avoid. The wait to actually be taken back is much quicker. Dr Moss sits with patients in her office for the initial visit and takes time to get to know you, asks questions, and allows you to ask questions/give additional information. This office convo being had in this setting vs the exam room makes all the difference. After the first time you visit you will be engaged on a personal level again in the exam room. This is not rushed or phony. The exam is quick and more question/answers. Check out easy and professional/peasant. My visits are 30 minutes from entry to exit Will keep coming here.
