rev:text	Fantastic vibe being built in a house. I haven't been to a restaurant that has been converted like that before. Living in Japan town in San Jose and being spoiled with amazing eats there. Umami puts time and effort to deliver great food and atmosphere. It can get busy so be sure you plan to go early or later ! I'm a late night crowd so hitting it up late was fantastic felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Got the vegan dumplings and hot buns. Very flavorful and was spot on. Also had the vegetarian ramen. Usually hard to find something that hits with strong flavor notes so I'm happy to say they know what their doing
