  • Rude! I do not know what is wrong with this branch, but this was the last time they will ever see me. The lines are always long and the employees today were rude! I am so done! In all the years I have visited this branch only once can I remember meeting one or two friendly employees. I have two other branches in the area that I can visit with nice employees. The wait to see an officer this Saturday was 30 - 45 minutes, but when they signed me in they said it will be a few minutes. In my book a few would be less than 10 minutes thank you very much! B of A has failed the customer service test at this branch.
