| - This would have to be one of the worst customer service experience. The online store locator posted this location's in-store Wait as "0 minute." And so, we went in immediately today (April 10, 2016) at approximately 5:15 PM. There were 3 people ahead and currently being attended to. My mom put her name on the waiting list. I was looking at the phones, interested in possibly buying a new Samsung Galaxy for me and an iPhone for my daughter. Deals and current selection of products were great. 15 minutes turned to 30 minutes. Looking at my mom, I was ready to go. My mom (73 yrs old) wanted to wait patiently. No acknowledgement from the Sales team so far. Although my mom was next for a simple transaction/payment, Irving goes on break at 5:55 PM. Tells my mom that he'll be back in 5 minutes. Store closes at 6:00 PM. So my mom continues to wait patiently, leaning on one of the tables. Another Sales person goes over and lifts up the computer from the table, pushing/shoving my mom aside. Did not even say "Excuse me" nor apologize for shoving her aside. That was enough for me to say aloud to my mom that it was time to go, "This is horrible service and that person just shoved you aside." My mom still wanted to wait after that type of treatment. It's about 6:05 PM and Irving walks in with his soda from Wendy's as I was walking out. He knows I'm with my mom, but locks me and my kids out while my mom is still in the store. The Sales person who shoved my mom opens the door for me to see if I wanted to go inside to be with my mom. I was calm but deep inside infuriated. I waited outside. Irving helped my mom...only took him about a minute. It seriously seemed intentional or it's was the typical thug service. Now looking at the reviews, this location has a long history of horrible customer service. T-Mobile already has a bad reputation in Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau. When Customer Service does not exist at the Retail/Sales level, the internal operations as well is reflected upon that kind of standards. Hopefully the CEO,John J. Legere, and the T-Mobile Corporation can one day prove that they're not just a sales pitch, but a quality mobile communications company. For now, my family will no longer be a part of T-Mobile.
