  • I was really interested I'd booking an appointment for a new style and color with Sarah Scott. I researched her on Yelp and Facebook and saw all great reviews. I e-mailed her assuming to at least get a reply within a couple of days. Nothing. Ok, so maybe my e-mail got filtered into her junk box... I waited 4 days with no response so then I called. No answer, which I expected so I left a voicemail. Fairly detailed that I was a hopeful new client... Blah blah blah. Still no response. After all the amazing other reviews- I am so disappointed. Even if she isn't taking on any new clients- the least she could do is let me know that. Anyways, that was my experience, maybe Michelle Yule of Euphoric Hair would like my business instead. She actually returned my phone call!
