  • This place is pretty bad! I just moved out and won't look back! I just dialed their line 12 times in a row trying to figure out what I need to do in order to close out of my lease but that is the thing!! THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!! Leaving a message is useless as they NEVER return calls either. The other person complaining about lost packages is dead on! You have to argue with the staff to take a second and third look because they didn't find it the other times. You'd think this place would know me by now as I get packages frequently, but no...they ask for my ID every time since they have zero sense of community and can't get to know their residents. It is advertised as a gated community however the gates have been opened since the day I moved in back May of 2014. Management sent out a notice that they will start closing the gates...that never happened. The ceilings are made of paper as you can hear EVERYTHING from above. I heard my neighbors brushing their teeth, running a blender, the vacuum and every single time they used water or flushed a toilet I was blessed by a super loud noise of the water running down my walls. If you live with another person that drives or are a normal human being that likes to have guests...forget about this place..there is never parking open after 5:30pm.
