rev:text	The last three times I came here, the wait time was ridiculous. Definitely not a place to go if you're in a hurry. They sit and talk with every customer pretending to sound interested in how their day is going causing the wait time to sky rocket. It gets old. I just want to get my drink and go, no time for chit chat. I don't even go when it's busy, I usually go late at night when everything else is closed and it still takes forever, 10-15 minutes at the least. This is my last resort coffee shop for a reason. Yeah I get that they're friendly and welcoming but sometimes it's just too much. I once had to honk at the vehicle in front of me because she received her drink and paid, but yet she and the employee continued to talk for an additional five minutes as if there were no other cars in the drive through: rude and ridiculous. The first time I went there, I ordered a carmelizer, it was crazy sweet! There was way too much sugar added. The last time I went there, I ordered a medium frozen drink, they gave me a small, I asked for a medium again, and I swear they just added ice to it because when I tried to drink it, chunks of ice kept getting lodged in my straw making it impossible to drink. I had to eat it with a spoon at which point I was scooping out large pieces of ice cubes, several of which were not blended at all. The amount of time it takes to get a drink and the quality of the drinks are just not up to par. It's a lose lose situation. This place is definitely overrated and I definitely won't be back. I'll be sure to suggest other coffee shops to friends and family.
