  • Not sure who is writing these reviews. I've been here before, it was crap then and I was hoping for a change in quality since they have been opening multiple new locations. I was terribly wrong. I tried so hard to find something good by trying multiple items on the menu. At their price point, this stuff should knock your socks off, not gag you. Smoked chicken...not even brined, terrible. Smoked turkey...same thing, blah. Smoked sausage....ballpark hot dog equivalent, seriously disappointing. Smoked brisket.....IT WAS GRAY and DEAD. Baby back ribs...decent but and tender, smoke flavor seemed odd. Mashed potatoes...cover in gravy, edible. The national BBQ association should rally and petition to close this place down. I think they get away with it because most of their patrons are over 70 with a bland flavor palette. Then again you can try to cover up the disappointment with their sauce. Service was so so. Brought out the meal in rounds, so not everyone got food at the same time. Decor is dated to the 90s. Feels like you are eating in a retirement home or one of those old Luby's Cafeterias. Stick to Naked BBQ or equivalent.
